The Craft & Trade Academy wants to continue training the next generation in the trades. That is why we attend and take part in various events to raise awareness and inform young people about their potential careers in construction.

We participated in Put Tools in Schools, CMS career days, and the CMS undecided night to raise awareness and change the image of working in the Trades. We engaged students with hands-on activities and showed them trade career opportunities to enter the workforce and the construction industry.
